Community Care Training Services has an admission policy that is made available to all applicants as part of the admission process. The policy gives the admission criteria.

This application form must be completed and submitted to the Community Care Training Services Office by the date specified in the Community Care Training Services school calendar. In addition to this application form, the applicant will submit supplemental documents as stated in the admission policy.
